“When my dryer started squealing and squeaking like a stuck pig, I started to make some calls. The first company I contacted sent out a tech who claimed to have fixed the problem, but the noise continued in a couple days.
Disgusted, I found Jeremy online and reached out about my situation. He called me back the same day and exhibited a cool competency on the phone that assured me that he could fix the problem for good.
He was right on time for the evening appointment. He is a very polite and well-spoken guy, and he took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He carried all the necessary parts in his truck. He also accepts credit cards (very convenient). He definitely knows appliances in and out!
He offered a couple different repair options, one for a less expensive "quick fix", the another for a slightly more expensive, but longer-term, solution. No hard selling, just good honest information.
So after paying a reasonable fee to fix the problem, I'm back in (the laundry) business :)
